accepting christmas orchestra donations ! Anyone ( or family ) who would like to help support the orchestra is welcome . The cost of the orchestra for both events ( Sunday , Dec . 15 and Tuesday , Dec . 24 ) is around $ 3,000 , which includes a Chamber Orchestra on Sunday , December 15th and an Orchestra with Brass on Christmas Eve . To make a donation , pick up an instruction / donation form at the welcome center and return the completed form with check and put “ Christmas Orchestra ” on the memo line , to the church office or drop in the offering plate by Tuesday , December 10th .

the trinity women would like to thank everyone that donated to our Christmas Decor Galore . We had a super week setting up and enjoying our time together . We want to thank Tony and Dwight , who make our lives much easier by setting up tables and retrieving all of our hidden gems from their hiding places . We had a nice crowd ; sales were good and all remaining items were donated to the Thrift Shop at DePauw United Methodist Church . All we can say is " Best Church EVER !"
another successful trip to redbird It was a joy and a privilege to work for , and live at , Redbird Mission . While Trinity women worked in the Christmas Room and the Community Store , the men of Trinity upgraded the electrical outlets , removed and stored window AC units , replaced boards in a wooden deck , installed door pulls and drawer knobs in a kitchen , moved filled boxes from the Christmas Room to storage , repaired a door at the Work Camp office , and cleaned and repaired a house that was recently vacated . Plus , a quick trip to London to get needed hardware and more gifts for the Christmas Room . Whew ! ~ Respectfully submitted by Wayne Miller
Samaritan ’ s Purse Operation Christmas Child Thanks to you , as of November 7 , 90 children far away will receive a Christmas shoebox . Every shoebox gift takes the message of the Gospel and is delivered in Jesus ’ name to give a child in need a glimpse of God ’ s love . The shoeboxes were delivered to our local collection point at Graceland and prayed over as they begin the journey to a child . Thank you for your gracious gifts ! Do you have ideas for this project ?
