Setting Your House in Order: Biblical Wisdom for Life and Legacy

Scripture urges us to“ set our house in order”( Isaiah 38:1) and number our days wisely( Psalm 90:12). This three-part seminar series at Trinity Church will talk about“ stuff most of us don’ t want to talk about,” but“ everyone needs to talk about,” because eventually,“ we will all have to talk about it!” The goal is to share information about important topics: estate planning, end-oflife preparation, and healthcare decisions. We hope you will participate to give your family peace, extend generosity to the church, and ensure your affairs reflect biblical values of wisdom, order, and love.
Session 2: Facing the Inevitable – End-of-Life Preparation with Hope and Dignity
Carla Roth, an End-of-Life Doula and Christian Therapist, will discuss end-of-life planning, compassionate Hospice Care and how to prepare emotionally and practically for the inevitable. John Naville, experienced Funeral Home Director, will provide practical information on preparing for, planning and pre-arranging funeral services to ease the burden on family during a time of grief. Grounded in the hope of the resurrection and the call to live with eternity in view( 2 Corinthians 5:1), this session offers biblical comfort and practical steps for honoring loved ones with dignity and peace.
