Trinity will be filling Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes Sunday Oct. 19 – Nov. 9.
• This program is an excellent resource to spread your love, share the story of Jesus and open doors to communities without a church. By sending a gift to a child somewhere in the world who has never heard of Jesus or received a gift, you are sharing your love and discipleship with them.
• It’ s easy! Pickup a shoebox( in the Narthex starting Oct. 19). Fill it yourself or shop with your children or grandchildren for suggested items for the shoebox. Pray for the child who will receive the box. Return the filled shoebox to Narthex. You may enclose a short message of love to the recipient of the gift.
• Want to do this but don’ t like to shop? Watch the weekly bulletin for alternative ways and help to fill a shoebox.

Red Bird Christmas Gift collection today thru Oct. 19!
We will be leaving on Sunday, Oct. 19 after church with your Christmas gifts, for children ages infant thru 18 years of age, to go to Red Bird Mission, located in Beverly, Kentucky. The many items included in our wish list are: books for all ages, including Bibles, board & card games, fishing poles + hooks etc., balls, puzzles, coloring books & crayons. Teen gifts: jewelry, purses, makeup, clothes, PJ ' s. Teen boys: wallets, key chains, belts, tee shirts( sports) jeans- all sizes; also collecting Infant toys, baby dolls, noisy toys, toy kitchens, trucks, strollers. Any monetary gifts will be greatly appreciated. Donations can be left in the room.(# 6 / 8) For more info, get with Erv & Shirley Baker
