November 9, 2025 Welcome to Trinity!
Basic Theme: In“ Abundant Living,” we explore stewardship as the pathway to true fulfillment, contrasting a poverty mindset of scarcity, fear, and hoarding with the abundance Jesus promises in John 10:9-11— life to the full through Him as the gate and good shepherd. Every blessing from God benefits us but is entrusted for others’ good. This series challenges Christians to embrace generosity, especially financial sacrifice to the local church, as the foundation for abundant living and effective stewardship of God’ s gifts.
Sermon Snapshot( Key Points): Jesus declares in John 10:9-11 that He is the gate to salvation and abundant life, unlike the thief who steals joy through fear. Paired with 2 Corinthians 8:9, where Christ became poor for our richness, this sermon contrasts scarcity’ s grip— hoarding blessings— with abundance’ s freedom: trusting God’ s provision to generously share resources.
So What? How does a scarcity mindset manifest in your daily decisions about money and time? In what ways has viewing blessings as solely for personal benefit limited your experience of Christ’ s abundant life? What fears prevent you from entrusting your finances more fully to God?

VA winter coat collection: We are collecting new coats( men’ s & women’ s), now thru Nov. 23rd, to be delivered to the VA on November 29th. Place your new coat donation, for homeless and at-risk veterans, in the cart or hang on the coat rack just inside of the canopy door. ~ Joe White
