May 31, 2026 Welcome to Trinity!

Sermon Snapshot( Key Points): As we celebrate graduation, we recognize that this season often brings both excitement and uncertainty. Some of us may be stepping into new environments where the support of home and church may not feel as close as it once did. In Psalm 23, David reminds us that God is not just a distant guide, but our Shepherd— present with us even in unfamiliar or difficult places. As faith begins to grow in new ways, it becomes more personal, rooted not only in community but in a daily trust in God. Wherever life leads next, we are never walking alone.
So What? This week, pray for our graduates and our older youth. Stop them in the hallway and ask them if they need anything. Perhaps, offer them some advice that made all the difference to you and your personal faith when you were first on your own.
Scripture Reading: Mark 4:26-29; Psalm 23( NIV)
26
He also said,“ This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground. 27 Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how. 28 All by itself the soil produces grain— first the stalk, then the head, then the full kernel in the head. 29 As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come.”
The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’ s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
