Join Wesleyan Scholar , Rev . Andy Kinsey , in an informative discussion about living out our Methodist values . At the heart of Methodism is a Connexion . As people of faith , we first Encounter the Love of God . Encourage others by loving our neighbor . And finally , Engage our community and world by living out our faith as an expression of the love we have received . This unique Connexion is both relational and missional as it emerges from the bottom up . The local Rev . Andy Kinsey church is the key facilitator in this Connexion as it provides a place to Encounter , Encourage , and Engage . John Wesley envisioned the Church as moving up and out , and then back in . In this discussion , we will identify challenges , needs , and opportunities in our local community . We are looking for office receptionists , men or women , willing to work a half-day per week on a weekly basis . This is a non-paid position that includes answering phones , greeting visitors and at times some light clerical work . Current openings are Monday or Wednesday morning from 9:00 am to 12:30pm or Thursday afternoon from 12:30 pm to 4:00pm .
