ORDER OF WORSHIP July 13, 2025 | Page 4

July 13, 2025 Welcome to Trinity!

Basic Theme:
Our church is a family of faith where‘ You Belong Here,’ united in God’ s love as a place for all. Rooted in scripture, we reflect our shared identity in Christ, deepening our connection through support and welcome. We long for others beyond these walls to experience this love, inviting them into a family that reveals God’ s embrace— a belonging that grows within us and shines outward. Our underlying scripture for this series is Ephesians 4:15-16,“ Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.” This passage ties our shared identity to a family growing in love, where“ You Belong Here” invites all to experience God’ s embrace.
Sermon Snapshot( Key Points):
Our shared identity as a family of faith says‘ You Belong Here’ through stewardship. Proverbs 3 urges us to honor God with our wealth, a promise we hold together. Matthew 25’ s talents call us to invest our gifts— time, skills, money— as one. Here, it’ s teaching or tithing, our collective‘ You Belong Here’ in giving back. Beyond, it’ s coaching kids or feeding the hungry. Practical steps: audit your time for service, mentor someone, or up your offering. This isn’ t duty— it’ s our joy, building God’ s kingdom as a family, a belonging that shares love in every act.
So What?
Why do you belong here, at Trinity Church? What resources can you use to serve and say‘ You Belong Here’? How can you grow in stewardship to strengthen our family?

“ Again, it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his wealth to them. 15 To one he gave five bags of gold, to another two bags, and to another one bag, each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey. 16 The man who had received five bags of gold went at once and put his money to work and gained five bags more.

So also, the one with two bags of gold gained two more. 18 But the man who had received one bag went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’ s money. 19“ After a long time, the master of those servants returned and settled accounts with them. 20 The man who had received five bags of gold brought the other five.‘ Master,’ he said,‘ you entrusted me with five bags of gold. See, I have gained five more.’ 21“ His master replied,‘ Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’ s happiness!’

“ The man with two bags of gold also came.‘ Master,’ he said,‘ you entrusted me with two bags of gold; see, I have gained two more.’ 23“ His master replied,‘ Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’ s happiness!’ 24“ Then the man who had received one bag of gold came.
