sept 6 & 13 | in the Narthex | purchase a luminary relay for life luminaries
The American Cancer Society Relay for Life is September 16 at Jeffersonville High School from 4:30 to 9:30 pm. The luminaries are displayed around the track and at 8:30 the Luminary Ceremony will recognize those who have battled cancer and those who have lost their life to cancer. Trinity has about 56 survivors. In addition, almost 100 in memory luminaries are purchased to recognize those who have lost their battle to cancer. On Sundays Sept. 6 and 13 you can purchase a luminary in honor or in memory of someone you would like to recognize. Luminaries are $ 5.00 and we can do cash or checks made out to Relay for Life. Then please consider joining us on the 16th, at Jeffersonville HS, as we raise money and CELEBRATE the lives of cancer Survivors, REMEMBER loved ones we have lost to cancer, empower individuals and communities to FIGHT BACK against cancer.

How can you help?
• For the Sweet Shop we will need homemade breads of any kind, various types of homemade candy bagged or wrapped, various types of cookies, chocolate or peanut butter fudge, pies, persimmon pudding, lemon bars, and bagged snacks.
• For lunch, we will need homemade soups, bundt cakes. single / double-layer cakes, pies, cookies, fruit cobblers, brownies, etc.
