The UTL Adult Sunday School Class( United to Learn) will begin a new series of lessons on May 4 on the Holy Spirit and Pentecost. The resource for these lessons will be the book, The Holy Spirit in the Wesleyan Heritage, by Bishop Mack B. Stokes and available on Sunday mornings in the UTL classroom, rooms 6 / 8. Taught by Dr. Guy Wall, the following topics are among those explored.
• The Holy Spirit in the Four Gospels
• The Holy Spirit and the Wesleyan Emphasis on Christian Experience
• The Contemporary Charismatic Movement
• The Holy Spirit and Social Responsibility
Then on June 15th, Michael Roberts will begin a 4-lesson series on selected prayers of Jesus.

Looming and Mat News for May Thanks to all who have contributed to the looming project. It would not be a success without you bringing plastic bags, cutting bags, making plarn and weaving! Please continue to bring in your plastic bags. As of the middle of April, we have completed 13 mats in 2025! On April 12, the Quest class prepared lunch for Love Unlimited, and we distributed 6 of the mats. On April 15, we donated 6 mats to St. Marks Church for use as they minister to the unhoused on their property. Please join us and bring a friend. You are invited to work on sleeping mats, have fellowship and make new friends in the Mission Depot, Room 32, at Trinity on any Tuesday from 9am to 12 noon.

gluten-free wafers are available on Communion Sundays. The Gluten-free wafers are marked as such and are in zip locked baggies, and they are on a table at the front right of the Sanctuary. They are free of gluten, wheat, dairy, yeast, eggs, soy, nuts, and corn.
